Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions are confirmed once a date and time have been approved by Coastin' Captures and the required deposit or signed agreement has been received. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Final details — including event location, setup requirements, and package selections — must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. For inquiries made through the website, submitting a booking request does not guarantee your date until Coastin Captures confirms availability in writing. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness and scheduling flexibility for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 6 days or less of the event date are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond either party’s control, Coastin Captures will work with you to reschedule the booking at no additional cost. If Coastin Captures must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule for a future date. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is fully booked, you may request to join the waitlist. Should an opening become available, Coastin Captures will contact waitlisted clients in the order inquiries were received. A response is required within 24 hours to secure the released date before it is offered to the next client. Additional Notes Services can be booked individually or combined (Photo Booth + Flower Bar) for a 10% package discount. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the primary service area. Payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or direct card payment (setup pending).
